Activity Descriptions

Ghostly Letter Sort and match

This printable Ghost themed activity is more fun than spooky. It includes an uppercase/Lowercase letter sorting activity as well as an uppercase/lowercase letter matching activity.

Candy Corn Sounds

This printable candy corn themed activity will help your little one practice letters and sounds! Print and laminate if desired then cut out the candy corns. Your child will work to piece them back together and practice matching the uppercase letter, lowercase letter, and beginning sound. Depending on the child's skill level you can cut each color of the candy corn or only cut off one section.

Blank candy corns are included allowing velcro dots to be added if desired.

Pumpkin Beginning Sounds

Possible Activities:

• Child will match uppercase and lowercase letter cards
• Child will match uppercase letter cards and beginning sound picture cards
• Child will match lowercase letter cards and beginning sound picture cards
• If a child is not yet ready to work on letters, they can match picture cards to picture cards as a festive memory game.

Missing Candy: ABC Order

Practicing alphabetical order has never been so sweet! Your child will practice ABC order by finding the missing letter in these candy-themed alphabet sequence strips.

Creepy Crawly CVC Words

A printable spooky-themed activity to get your little one practicing sounding out simple CVC (Consonant-Vowel-Consonant) words. We recommend laminating and adding magnetic tape to the back of the cards. Use on a magnetic board, refrigerator, cookie sheet, or anything else magnetic.

Halloween Handwriting

Printable Halloween themed alphabet cards for handwriting practice. Your child can practice their handwriting and letter formation by using a dry erase marker to write on the cards. Use a tissue to erase and repeat again and again.

Rhyming Bat

A Halloween themed printable rhyming activity. Laminate and add velcro dots to add durability and engagement to this activity. Encourage children to match the image on each moon with the corresponding rhyming image on each bat.
